Minister Of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto Says There Will Be A Provision Of SHM For Rempang Residents Who Are Willing To Be Relocated
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto said, there will be a direct grant of ownership certificates (SHM) to residents who are willing to be relocated for the development of Rempang Eco-City. Hadi said the certificate was immediately handed over after the land and buildings had been signed at the designated location, and the construction process had begun.
"While the construction and supervision was carried out, we were able to immediately submit the certificate," said Hadi after attending a coordination meeting to accelerate the development of the Rempang Eco City project, in Batam Riau Islands, quoted from Antara, Sunday, September 17. In addition, he said, for land management rights (HPL) where relocation is in Dapur 3 Sijantung, Galang District, Batam City, it is also left to be handed over. He emphasized that the certificate to be given is a certificate of ownership. The certificate will be equated with the certificate submitted in 37 old village locations in Batam. Thus, the public cannot trade, but can only be owned by affected communities. The relocation site has been prepared, where each head of the family will obtain a land of 500 square meters, with a type 45 house building whose value is around Rp. 120 million. "Now it is still in the process, we have asked for it to be clear and clean (clear and clean), after that we have handed over the HPL according to the measurement results in the field," he explained. Meanwhile, the Minister of Investment as well as the Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, added, the public does not need to worry about the relocation building that will be provided by the government.
