TNI Commander: No Implementation For 3 TNI Personnel Killed Imam Masykur And Asked For An Open Session
JAKARTA - The TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono emphasized that there was no impunity for the three soldiers involved in the crime of kidnapping and maltreatment until they died against Imam Masykur. In fact, the trial process will be held openly. "What is clear is that there is no impunity, we are already open," said Yudo at Monas, Friday, September 1. For the development of the current handling, Yudo said that they are still in the process of investigation. After completion they will be processed internally through the ethics trial. "The hearing that wants to be present is allowed, permissible. No one is covered up because this is indeed a criminal," said Yudo also inviting all parties to jointly oversee the case. This is a form of TNI transparency in cracking down on its members who violate the rules. "Please all colleagues to check at the pomdam. We Puspomad and the TNI Puspom have always supervised supervision. From the start I have told you, please don't hesitate you can check everything until the trial later," said Yudo.
