Beautiful Celebrity In Aceh Arrested For Promoting Online Gambling Sites
A celebrity from Aceh with the initials SRC (27), a resident of Nagan Raya Regency, was arrested by the police for promoting online gambling sites and platforms on his Instagram account.
Kapolresta Banda Aceh, Kombes Pol Fahmi Irwan Ramli, explained that the arrests began with reports from residents through WA Curhat Kapolresta Banda Aceh related to the Instagram account of a celebgram from Aceh which promoted online gambling sites.
"From the report, the police conducted an investigation into the Instagram account @srsuci_syam belonging to SRC (27) a resident of Nagan Raya, and from the results of the investigation it was found that SRC was at his home in a gampong in Aceh Besar," said Fahmi, Tuesday, August 29.
SRC was arrested with her husband HF (30) at his home by the Banda Aceh Police Rimueng Team. The police also confiscated a 12 Promax type cellphone, an ATM card and screenshot of an Instagram account used to promote or endorse online gambling. The SRC's social media account has been followed by 174,000 followers.

"Everyone who intentionally and without rights distributes and/or transmits and/or makes accessible electronic information and/or electronic documents that have gambling content as referred to in Article 27 paragraph (2) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of six years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 1 billion," he concluded.
