Rental Of State Assets Don't Use Complicated, LMAN Has AESIA As Easy As Messages On The Marketplace Platform

JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) is said to be increasingly optimizing digital channels to make it easier for people to rent state assets.

Most recently, the agency under the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) launched the AESIA platform as a driving force for the use of assets controlled by the government.

Director of Development and Empowerment of LMAN Chandra Giri Artanto said the application developed also aims to further encourage the use of state assets so that they have their own economic value.

"So AESIA is like a Tokopedia marketplace platform or Shopee. Its use is very easy, such as shopping at the marketplace," he said in a media briefing in Jakarta, Monday, August 28.

Chandra explained, AESIA are assets that belong to the state or have ministries/agencies that are entrusted to LMAN to be leased to the community.

"So just click, where is the asset, how much did it cost to find out. We make sure that the process is transparent," he said.

He ensured that the lease system offered was free of dispute owned by the government.

Sri Mulyani's subordinate also emphasized that the prices offered also compete with other private parties.

"It is certain that when using these assets it will be very clear," said Chandra.

For information, there are 335 property assets in various agencies that have been registered and collaborated with LMAN on the AESIA platform.

As of August 25, 2023, the value of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) collected by LMAN reached IDR 2.1 trillion, including from land acquisition/land acquisition for the National Strategic Project (PSN).
