Vice President Reminds No Polarization In The 2024 Presidential Election
JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin reminded all parties to ensure that there is no sharp polarization in the 2024 presidential election.
"We hope that three or two axes, for example, will not cause sharp polarization," said the Vice President after opening the XII National Raimuna in 2023 at Campground and Graha WisataWiladika, East Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 14.
This was conveyed by Vice President Ma'ruf Amin to reporters when responding to the emergence of the current three coalition axes ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
The Vice President asked all parties to follow the election process as stipulated and hoped that the upcoming elections could present a contest full of friendship, joy, and mutual respect.
"And later produce leaders that we really hope for. I think three or two (coup sports) should not be polarized. That's what's important," said the Vice President.

Currently, three coalition axes have been formed ahead of the 2024 presidential election. The three axes are the Nasdem, Democratic and PKS coalitions that will carry the presidential candidate Anies Baswedan.
The PDIP, PPP, and a number of non-parlementary parties that carried Ganjar Pranowo, as well as the Gerindra, PKB, PAN, and Golkar coalitions that carried Prabowo Subianto.
