Vice President Hopes That The Scout Movement To Print Cical Will Leaders
JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin believes the Scout Movement will be able to produce a generation of candidates for national leaders because it has noble values, superior human resource printers (HR).
This was conveyed by the Vice President when opening the XII National Raimuna in 2023, at the Campground and Graha Wisata (Buperta) Wiladatika, Cibubur, East Jakarta City, Monday, August 14.
"I believe the Scout Movement will be able to produce the forerunners of leaders, namely the nation's future candidates who are intelligent and pious, as well as have noble character and have national character," said the Vice President.
In the event which was coupled to the commemoration of 6nd Scout Day, he revealed, in the Scout Movement there are noble values that are characteristic of superior human resources.
According to the Vice President, starting from the basic principles of face-to-face to the honor code of scout emphasizes the importance of faith and piety to God Almighty.
"Then Tri Satya Pramuka and Dasa Darma Pramuka also emphasized the orientation of self-building efforts, a sense of concern with others as well as nature and the environment, and a spirit of contributing to people's lives," he said.
The vice president asked the Scout Movement to be adaptive and continue to update the model and method of coaching to Indonesian scouters.
"Optimize current effective ways to generate love for the homeland and be proud to be Indonesian people," he asked.
The Vice President also invited the Indonesian Scout generation to dare to make improvements and breakthroughs in each of their works.
"The contents of development spaces with various breakthroughs. At the same time, continue to hone and develop self-capacity as a provision to bring Indonesia to progress," he ordered.

He hopes that the Scout Movement will be able to continue to train the younger generation of the Indonesian nation in maximizing every potential that exists within him.
"In the future, I hope that the Scout Movement can continue to be a forum for self-development for Indonesians in all age ranges, both children, youth, youth, and adults," he explained.
Chairman of the National Scout Movement Kwartir Budi Waseso reported that the XII National Raimuna activity was attended by around 20 thousand participants consisting of enforcer scouters, pandega scouters, assistant coaches, and other related elements.
Through strengthening the capacity of scout human resources, especially at the level of enforcement and pandega, Budi hopes that a golden generation will emerge in 2045.
