100 Nissan Z Nismo 2024 Units Sold Out Less Than An Hour
JAKARTA - Nissan Z Nismo 2024's brilliant achievement in the Australian market recorded an amazing sales record. In the first allocation of only 100 units, the entire vehicle managed to sell out for less than an hour.
Of the total 100 units presented in Australia, 50 of them were purchased by customers who did not order the regular Z variant and were waiting for the delivery process. Meanwhile, 50 other units are available via the Nissan Australia online platform and all 50 units are sold in just 42 minutes.
Nissan Z's achievements are fantastic, and this shows the Australian public still likes high-performance cars, said Nissan Australia Managing Editor Adam PASSerson, in a company release.
Despite having a more intimate brother, Nissan GT-R, Z Nismo brought his own identity in an iconic style and amazing strength.
Nissan Z's main resource lies in the heart of the V-6 engine equipped with a twin-turbocharger. This machine, in contrast to its GT-R brother, which has a 3.8 liter engine with 565 horse power, relies on a 3.0 liter engine from Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400.
The Z engine is only able to generate 420 dk of power and 520 Nm of torque or an increase of 20 dk compared to the standard Nissan Z. Not only that, Z in the Australian market only provides an automatic transmission option of nine accelerations that drain through the rear wheels, quoted from Carscoops, August 10.
This turbo engine performance provides extraordinary thrust on Z's rear wheels, providing an exciting driving sensation. In the trial with an automatic transmission of nine accelerations, Nissan Z managed to accelerate 0-100 km/hour within 4.3 seconds.
A number of other changes to Z Nismo include the installation of 19-inch Rays wheels, a new stabilizer bar, stiffer spring speed, and a larger damping that has been changed. The car also uses wider tires and has additional chassis boosters.
