Prosecutors' Investigators Search NTT Governor's Office
The investigating team of the East Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office searched the offices of the Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) and the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) in the governor's office complex.
Investigators are looking for evidence related to the corruption case in the use of land assets covering an area of 31,670 square meters belonging to the NTT Provincial Government in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, which cost the state Rp8.5 billion.
"Today, the investigative team conducted a search of two places at the NTT Governor's Office to find evidence in the form of letters and or evidence related to the corruption case in the use of land assets belonging to the NTT government in Labuan Bajo," said Head of Legal Information Section of the NTT High Prosecutor's Office AA Raka Putra Dharmana in Kupang as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 9.
Prosecutors' investigators confiscated 48 documents from BPAD and 17 documents from the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of NTT Province.
Research and development of these documents will be carried out by investigators.
According to him, the search lasted for seven hours and the BPAD and BKD of East Nusa Tenggara Province were very cooperative so that the search activities ran safely and smoothly.

The NTT Prosecutor's Office has detained three suspects, namely the Head of Asset Utilization of the NTT Provincial Secretariat Thelma DS, Director of PT Sarana Investama Manggabar Heri Pranyoto and Lydia Chrisanty Sunaryo (LCS) as Director of PT Sarana Wisata Internusa.
