Viral Fight Of Former MMA Athletes With Two Youths In Tangerang, Police Intervene

TANGERANG - A viral video on social media shows the commotion of former MMA athlete Rudy Agustian alias Rudy Golden Boy fighting with a young man in a minimarket, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency.

The video was uploaded by the @Kabarbintaro account seen on Tuesday, (8/8/2023), it appears that the former MMA athlete is standing in front of the minimarket cashier. Then two young men tried to overtake Rudy, as a result, provoking the emotions of the former MMA athlete.

It was seen pushing and pushing that finally ended in a fight between Rudy Golden Boy and the two young men.

It was stated in the account that the incident occurred near Kong Dijie Aniva Junction, Tangerang Regency, on Sunday night, August 6.

Meanwhile, Pagedangan Police Chief, AKP Seala Syah Alam confirmed the video. However, the incident was not in the Aniva Junction area, but Ruko Latigo Squere, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency.

"The incident was true, only the location was not in Aniva but in Latigo, it was still in the Pagedangan area," said Seala in a short message, Tuesday, August 8.

Seala said that his party was conducting an investigation regarding the case by checking CCTV and examining several witnesses.

"Later, we will check the demands of CCTV inside and outside. We will dig up the statements of other witnesses," he concluded.
