Viral Pajero Using Strobo Ugal-ugalan Makes Motorcyclists In Makassar Fall, Children Leaders Of The South Sulawesi DPRD Are Ticketed
The son of the South Sulawesi DPRD leader Muh Irfan Fauzan Erbepemudi Pajero who recklessly caused the driver to fall and was finally subject to a ticket.
The incident when the motorcyclist fell because he was shocked to see the Strobo lights on the DPRD's children's vehicle, occurred on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo Makassar, on August 5, 2023.
"Identification has been carried out and the vehicle has been secured and traffic violations have been taken," Makassar Traffic Police Chief AKBP Amin Toha reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 7.
The sanction imposed is Article 283 of the Law driving vehicles on inappropriate roads, then Article 287 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning the use of Strobo which should not be used by civil society.
Meanwhile, the car he was driving was the Mitsubishi Pajero brand, Amin said, identified with the police number DD 904 which is now being held at the Makassar Polrestabes for a ticket. However, he was not detained.
"The driver already has a driver's license of 20 years old. The reason is that he is in a hurry. His car is being held to make a deterrent effect so that it doesn't happen again," he said.
Regarding how long the detention period for the operational car for the DPRD leadership is, he said, there are two ways. If you have admitted your mistake, you can pay the BRIV ticket fine, maybe it can be faster. Both attended the trial maybe up to a week.
"If the plate is genuine, that's why we can identify it at the Reident because it's genuine. Now we have taken action in accordance with the violation. Because whoever commits the violation, we will take action," he asserted.

Separately, the father of the Pajero driver, Ni'matulla Erbe, said the case had been handed over to the police for prosecution.
"Yes, that's true, it's my son. That's why the Polrestabes (police) called him, the car was ticketed. I was also called, I said that if the violation was serious, just hold it," Ni'matullah told reporters in his office.
However, he said, based on the police statement the incident was a light traffic violation and it turned out that there were no victims.
"I was visited by my son earlier, he said that information had been taken, BAP, the car was detained and a ticket was given. Maybe tomorrow we will pay the ticket," said the chairman of the South Sulawesi Democratic Party DPD.
He explained that the vehicle he was using was an operational car, and not an official car. The official car he used was an Alpard car. The operational car in question was given by the South Sulawesi DPRD Secretariat to the leadership, but did not receive a transport allowance (gasoline) and was used for household needs during his tenure.
