Exciting, Mark Zuckerberg Ready to Fight Fists This Month, Elon Musk Requests Live Broadcast on X
JAKARTA - Elon Musk claims to be broadcasting his fierce battle with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg in the ring on his social media platform, X rebranding from Twitter.
"The Zuck vs Musk fight will be broadcast live on X. All proceeds will be donated to charities for veterans," Musk said in his post on X, yesterday.
In response, Mark Zuckerberg later replied via a post on Threads (X's competitor platform), stating he had set a date to fight.
However, Elon Musk has yet to respond. He just said he was training for the fight by lifting weights.
"Didn't have time to work out, so I took them to work," Musk said.
Meanwhile, Zuckerberg couldn't wait for this fist fight, "I'm ready today. I suggested August 26 when he first challenged, but he hasn't confirmed yet. Not holding my breath," Zuckerberg said.
Zuckerberg also considers X not to be a reliable platform when broadcasting their duel, moreover it is intended to raise money for charity.
Apparently, he has also been training with UFC champions Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski ahead of the proposed home bout.

The battle for the owners of the social media giant started when Musk responded to a tweet about Meta's preparations to release a new X rival called Threads.
He emphasized that the world could be exclusively under Zuckerberg's thumb with no other choice. Later, an X user jokingly warned Musk about Zuckerberg's prowess with jiu jitsu.
Not staying silent, Elon Musk then Tweeted, "I'm ready for the home game," he wrote. The Facebook founder then replied, "send a location," to which Musk responded, "Vegas Octagon."
It is claimed that the match between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg will be held at the UFC Apex in Nevada, United States (US). The official date is not yet known. This was quoted by Reuters and Fox Business, Monday, August 7.
