Family Asks Police To Be Transparent In Investigating The Case Of The Death Of Bripda IDF
BOGOR - Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage's family or Bripda IDF (20) asked the Police to be transparent in investigating the case that killed their child in the Police Flat, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java.
"We ask that this case can be transparent, we can hear the final results of our child's case," said the father of Bripda IDF, Y Pandi, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 1.
He thanked the Bogor Police Chief and his staff who were conducting an investigation for the negligence that caused his son to be shot dead.
"Thank you to the Bogor Police Chief who explained the results that we and the legal team have heard everything," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Family Lawyers Team for Bripda IDF, Jelani Christo, said that his party would continue to oversee the legal process regarding the criminal element that caused Bripda IDF to die.
"We will continue to oversee this legal process and keep everything open," said Jelani, who is also the Director of the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) Mandau Borneo Keadilan.
Another lawyer, Yustinus Stein Siahaan, revealed that many reasonable facts were revealed by the Police regarding the incident that killed Bripda IDF.
However, his party claimed to have a number of other clues that would be studied together with the legal team Bripda IDF.
"We ourselves are by the legal team to maybe collaborate to provide input to the investigative team, so that this case can be clearer," said Yustinus of the Hotman Team

Bripda IDF was shot dead due to the negligence of his co-workers who showed illegal homemade firearms on Sunday (23/7) at the Police Flats, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java.
Two members of the National Police from the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police have been named as suspects, namely Bripda IMS and Bripka IG. Both were declared to have violated the code of ethics for the category of serious violations and the criminal act of Article 338.
Bripda IMS is subject to Article 338 or Article 359 of the Criminal Code and/or Law Number 12 of 1951. Meanwhile, the suspect Bripka IG is subject to Article 338 in conjunction with Article 56 and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code and/or the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.
Both face the death penalty, or life imprisonment or a temporary prison sentence of up to 20 years.
