PJR Car Climbers At GT Jatiwaringin Residents Of West Jakarta, Allegedly Experiencing Depression
Head of the Highway Patrol Unit (Kasat PJR) Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Sutikno said that the hijacker of the patrol car at the Jatiwaringin toll gate (GT), Bekacayu Toll Road, Bekasi, was suspected of having a mental disorder.
"It is suspected that he has a mental disorder," Kompol Sutikno told reporters, Monday, July 24.
It was later discovered that the perpetrator's full name was Jesicca Koroh (33), a resident of Jalan Kemanggisan Hilir IX, Palmerah District, West Jakarta.
Kompol Sutikno said Jesicca's reckless action began when patrol officers from toll road managers put people suspected of having mental disorders into the car. The officer wants to coordinate with the toll road security guard.
"Suddenly the car was on the road (hit by the perpetrator) and the officers tried to hold the car, then dragged the car," he said.

Furthermore, PJR officers pursued the perpetrator. Then the car that was hijacked by the perpetrator hit a Honda Jazz with the number D 1016 YR. The perpetrator fled again and hit the Toyota Rush car again with the number B 1759 NZO. The perpetrator was then caught by officers in the Utan Kayu area, Matraman, East Jakarta.
Due to the analysis, Kompol Sutikno suspected that there was an element of negligence against patrol car officers who left the OTK (unknown person) in the vehicle in a condition of the engine running.
