JAKARTA - Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno is in the spotlight of Putra Nababan. The member of Commission X DPR from the PDI-P Faction was disturbed by Sandiaga's uploads on social media.

Initially, Sandiaga via his Instagram account uploaded his sports activities. In this post, Sandiaga admitted to inviting all members of the DPR Commission X to jog. But at that time only two members of the council came.

"Of the more than 50 DPR members in Commission X, only 2 today accepted my request for a morning run while reviewing creative economy efforts in the GBK area. The upload sparked the reaction of Putra Nababan. For Putra, Sandiaga should have shown real work, not creating a sensation, let alone making people think badly of DPR members.

"Sandi should be aware that he is an assistant to President Jokowi. He must stop creating empty political sensations by providing a negative framing frame for his partners, as if more than 50 members of Commission X cannot get up early and jog and do not want to participate in watching economic business. creative at GBK, "said Putra in a written statement to reporters quoted on Friday, January 29.

He also asked Sandiaga to reduce his intensity in playing social media and focus on his work. "From what we have observed on social media, this Minister is very diligent on social media. He can post three to four times a day," he said.

"This is our question. What has been done by him? It doesn't seem like he is there and is just constantly looking for sensations to get sympathy on social media," he added.

Putra Nababan also asked Sandiaga to clarify his post which was later deleted from his Instagram account. Because, many people have commented or watched their uploads on Twitter or Instagram.

Menparekraf in Putra Nababan's view should have collaborated with Commission X DPR instead of uploading information which ultimately raises perceptions in the community.

"More than 158 thousand people who have read the upload must have thought that the members of Commission X did not fulfill the morning run invitation and did not want to see the creative economy business firsthand, even though the invitation was fictitious and Sandi engineered it. So this public lie must be clarified," he said.

Responding to this, Sandiaga Uno's spokesperson, Kawendra Lukistian asked Putra Nababan not to be carried away with feelings and excesses in responding to uploads related to the morning run.

"You don't need to be baper, you don't need to be too overbearing. It's just jokes," Kawendra told reporters.

Moreover, the uploads deemed offensive to the council members have now been deleted because Sandiaga is still trying to appreciate the members of the DPR Commission X who are his partners.

In addition to uploads, Kawendra also talked about Sandiaga Uno's activity on social media. According to him, the large number of uploads on the social media accounts of the former DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor are actually only part of his job and carry out his commitment to open the flow of information.

"Remember this is the era of 4.0, so people need to know what he is doing as a minister. And as far as I know he is assisted by several administrators in managing social media, so he can simultaneously convey information at any time," said Wasekjen Gerindra.
