DENPASAR - Robbery occurred at a gas station on Jalan Pelabuhan Benoa, Denpasar Bali. The perpetrator threatened the gas station officers with sharp weapons.
This robbery was caught on CCTV. At first the perpetrator filled the motorbike gasoline. After that, he immediately took out a sharp weapon and threatened the gas station officer.
"While still in the process of investigating," said Head of Benoa Police, Kompol Abdus Salim to reporters, Friday, January 29.
The police have come to the location of the robbery. CCTV in the Benoa gas station area was also checked.
The Benoa gas station robbery took place on the evening of Thursday, January 28. The perpetrator took away millions of money from gas stations.
"(The culprit initially) asked for Rp10 thousand in gasoline. After filling the gas, immediately mugged (with a sharp weapon). All female employees, ”said Police Commissioner Abdus Salim.
"(The perpetrator took) Rp10 million, the proceeds from the sale because the gas station was about to close, first count (the money)," he continued.
Previously, a robbery attempt also occurred at the Benoa Bali gas station in November 2020. At that time the perpetrator threatened the female officer at the gas station with a toy gun.
