JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo hopes that all members of the National Police can be closer to the community, tasked with protecting, protecting and serving the community even though they are not highlighted by the camera or by the leadership.

The nominees are judged by the professional and independent expert council and jury in their field. There are five categories of Hoegeng Award, namely innovative police, police dedicated to border police, police who protect against women and children and vulnerable groups, and also police with integrity.

"With the momentum of the Hoegeng Award, it can inherit Hoegeng's passions to give birth to the new Hoegeng-Hoegeng, of course, it is adjusted to the current conditions and challenges," said Sigit.

The awarding night for the 2023 Hoegeng Award was attended by a number of national figures, ministers and political figures.

MPR chairman Bambang Soesatyo or familiarly called Bamsoet appreciated the Hoegeng Award event organized by the Police.
