Police Arrest Suspect Forgery Of My Pertamina Scanner Code At OKI
Police officers arrested a suspect in falsifying the My Pertamina scanning bar code to fill the subsidy diesel at a gas station in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra.
Deputy Director of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sumatra Police AKBP Putu Yudha Prawira said the suspect was a man with the initials HW (42), a resident, Kayu Agung, OKI.
The suspect HW was arrested by the police on Wednesday (13/7) night, at the Muara Baru gas station, Kayu Agung, OKI.
The police found as many as 20 fake My Pertamina scanning bar code accounts from the hands of the suspect HW.
According to him, the suspect HW used dozens of fake My Pertamina accounts to charge 700 liters of Bio Solar subsidized fuel at the Muara Baru gas station.
The suspect filled hundreds of liters of bio solar using a minibus with a modified tank with a maximum capacity of 1 ton.
"The suspect's actions violated the rules set by the government so that currently HW is being held at the South Sumatra Police," he said.
He explained that the My Pertamina bar code was intended to regulate so that the allocation for diesel purchases at gas stations was right on target, or a maximum of 20-200 liters per day for one type of vehicle.
Then in the provisions, the My Pertamina account contains the identity of the vehicle and the owner in the form of an ID card, vehicle registration certificate and other supporting documents.
"Well, the completeness of the requirements that were not found in the account owned by the suspect HW, some of which used vehicle plates were no longer used," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, July 13.

From the results of the police investigation, it is known that the suspect was assisted by an unscrupulous Muara Baru gas station officer so that the person concerned could fill it out outside the government's provisions.
Even the police investigator, the suspect, admitted that he had cheated in filling the subsidized diesel fuel at the gas station for the past five or three months.
"The gas station officer has the initials AR, which is currently under development," he said.
For this action, suspect HW was charged with violating Article 54 of Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas and or Article 480 of the Criminal Code with the threat of imprisonment for six years and a fine of Rp. 60 billion.
