Debt Receivables For The Motive For The Murder Of A Man Whose Body Was Dumped In The Bench Of Pangalengan Tea

Bandung Police revealed that the case of the discovery of the corpse of the Malabar plantation area, Pangalengan, Bandung Regency, was motivated by the debt problem of receivables from the suspect in the murder and disposal of the victim's corpse, ATS.

Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo explained that the beginning of the case started with the suspect ATS (26) who had debts to his boss worth Rp. 25 million, but to pay off it was less than Rp. 4 million.

"The lack is IDR 4 million, while the suspect knows that this victim is a teenager who likes to hang out using a motorbike. Then the suspect has the idea to control the victim's motorbike," said Kusworo as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, July 13.

On July 9, the suspect asked the victim to be taken to a place. The suspect chose a quiet place to seize the victim's motorbike.

"Deliberately chosen in a quiet place to control the victim's motorbike so that it can be sold by the suspect and the money is obtained to cover the debt to his boss," said Kusworo.

When he was in a quiet location, said Kusworo, the suspect immediately beat the victim's head with a stone.

Not only that, continued Kusworo, the suspect ATS also used the victim's clothes to ensnare the neck until he died.

"Then we have arrested the motorbike to be sold to the collector and collector," he said.
