49 Vehicle Manufacturers Will Appear At GIIAS 2023, The Most In History
JAKARTA - The 2023 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) will start in less than a month. At the event, several manufacturers will show off their products to visitors.
GIIAS 2023 will be a massive event compared to several previous editions. The largest automotive exhibition in Southeast Asia will present 49 motor vehicle manufacturers, the highest number in the history of GIIAS.
Yohannes Nangoi, General Chair of Gaikindo, expressed his pride for the many manufacturers participating in the event. What's more, the Indonesian automotive industry is recovering at this time.
"With the presence of more participants at GIIAS 2023, there will be more innovation and automotive industry technology that will be displayed to the people of Indonesia," said Nangoi in an official statement on Thursday, July 13.
At the 30th GIIAS, there will be 49 participating vehicle brands, including Audi, BMW, Chery, Citroen, Daihatsu, DFSK, GWM Tank, Haval, Honda, Hyundai, KIA, Lexus, Maxus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MG, MINI, Mitsubishi Motors, Neta, Nissan, Ora, Porsche, Seres, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen, Volvo, and Wuling.
In addition, the commercial vehicle industry also participates in brands such as Hino, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, Commercial Toyota, and UD Trucks. Motorcycle brands will also enliven this annual event, such as Alva, Aprilia, Astra Honda Motor, Benelli, Exotic, and Harley-Davidson.
There are also other brands such as lon Mobility, Keeway, Motoguzzi, Pacific, Piaggio, Polytron, Royal Enfield, Segway, and Vespa. Meanwhile, there are 3 Karoseri brands, namely Adiputro, Laksana, and Tentrem.
GIIAS 2023 will introduce more than 250 vehicles, including the world's first 9. This event will also be a platform for APM to introduce 60 concept cars in Indonesia.
To attend GIIAS 2023, visitors can buy tickets through the Auto360 application. Ticket prices on weekdays are IDR 50,000, weekends IDR 100,000, and on August 17 special for IDR 78,000.
In addition, Gaikindo also provides tickets for On The Spot (OTS) at a price of Rp. 70,000 for weekdays, weekends, and August 17 for Rp. 120,000.

In GIIAS 2023, there are also attractive offers for visitors, namely VIP Ticket Presale at a price of Rp. 30,000 for the first day starting July 14, 2023. However, this offer is only available in limited quantities.
The GIIAS 2023 exhibition will be held on August 10-20, 2023 at ICE BSD, Tangerang. All hall in ICE BSD will be opened for this event, in contrast to previous years which only partially opened doors at ICE BSD.
