Two Clashes Between Residents In One District, Johar Baru Never Gets Out Of Brawl
JAKARTA - The Johar Baru Police have arrested 4 teenagers who were involved in a brawl in the Kampung Rawa and Kawi-kawi areas, Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta. The brawl occurred due to mutual action on Saturday, July 8.
Luckily there were no casualties as a result of clashes between residents. The four perpetrators were arrested from several separate locations.
One of the perpetrators of the brawl was arrested in alley T, Johar Baru. When secured, a sharp weapon was found without a master.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police, AKP Yossy Januar, confirmed that there was a brawl between teenagers in the Johar Baru area. There were 4 perpetrators who were arrested, including positive use of drugs.
"The brawl in Kawi-kawi and Kampung Rawa. We have arrested the perpetrators," he said when confirmed, Sunday, July 9.
Anticipating repeated brawls, the Johar Baru Police will increase patrols at a number of points prone to brawls and visit the road access of residents' villages to give advice.

"Every night we routinely patrol and raid groups of teenagers. We give persuasive advice," he said.
Previously, a junior high school student with the initials RZ (14) was found dead during a brawl between two groups of teenagers on Jalan Mangga Dua Selatan, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. The victim died after receiving severe head injuries.
"The victim who died was a student who had just entered (school) junior high school. He was stabbed in the head, thigh and chest," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sawah Besar Police, AKP Sholeh when confirmed, Sunday, July 9.
