Early Sex Education, Social Service: Children Need To Be Notified Which Body Parts Should Not Be Handled By Others
Functional Young Policy Analysts at the Department of Social Affairs, Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection (Dinsos Dalduk KBP3A) Purbalingga Regency Tuti Hidayati said parents must provide sex education from an early age to their children.

Therefore, he said, socialization to the public about sexual violence needs to be carried out in order to reduce acts of sexual violence against children.
"Children need to be told which parts of the body should not be held by others. They need to know the limits so that sexual violence does not occur in children, if necessary, scream, run, or so on," he said.
He said he did not rule out sexual violence against children by people closest to him such as biological fathers, stepfathers, and so on.

Related to this, Tuti said that her party cooperates with various parties such as religious counselors, health cadres in the village, and other stakeholders to remind the public to prevent various possibilities that could occur.
"We are working with various parties so that people do not get the wrong idea in interpreting sex education, including the phenomenon of same-sex likes, we must also act together," he explained.
According to him, the phenomenon of same-sex enthusiasts, especially among young people, can be suspected from the wrong attitude of youth, interpreting sex as an activity.
In this case, he said, young people choose to commit sex irregularities so that pregnancy does not occur outside of marriage.

He gave an example of one indicator of the assessment of Child-Friendly Districts (KLA) is a child-friendly Islamic boarding school, so that the Purbalingga Regency Government synergizes with the local Ministry of Religion so that in the area a safe Islamic boarding school is created for children.
If there are violations, he said, his party will also provide assistance starting from the examination report (BAP) and so on, while the victim will be accompanied through collaboration with hospitals and psychologists for trauma healing.
