3 Villages In Nagan Raya Aceh Flooded
NAGAN RAYA - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, noted that three villages in Tripa Makmur District were flooded with water levels reaching about 30 centimeters.
"There were no casualties in this natural disaster," said Head of BPBD Nagan Raya Regency Irfanda Rinadi, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, July 1.
The three villages that were flooded were Ujong Krueng Village, Mon Dua Village, and Pasi Kebeu Dom Village, Tripa Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency.
Irfanda said the floods that inundated three villages in the area had occurred since Saturday before dawn, after heavy rains that had occurred since the last few days.

As a result, he said, the Krueng Tripameluap River flow caused flooding in residential areas.
Until Saturday night, officers from BPBD Nagan Raya were still collecting data on residents affected by the flood, and were still monitoring around the disaster site to provide assistance to the community.
"Until Saturday night, the water had not subsided," said Irfanda.
