Marcelo Brozovic Will Complete The Al Nassr Star Squad?
JAKARTA - Croatian player Marcelo Brozovic has reportedly docked with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr. Currently, the player only needs to undergo medical tests before being officially introduced.
This news was conveyed by a transfer expert from Italy, Fabrizio Romano. "He will undergo a medical test on Friday and then a final examination for the contract," Romano tweeted on his Twitter account, Friday, June 30.
Currently Brozovic is still the Inter Milan player. He was reportedly contracted by Al Nassr for three years or until 2026.
He will follow in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo, who first moved to the club nicknamed Faris Najd in January. In addition, Judge Ziyech will also follow.
"Marcelo Brozovic said yes to Al Nassr's proposal, here we go!," wrote Romano.
"The verbal agreement was reached, waiting to sign all contracts. The agreement will take effect until June 2026," he continued.
The Italian journalist said the transfer fee for the two clubs for the Croatian national team was 23 million euros.
"Al Nassr who accepted all the requirements Marcelo Brozovic needed to join them. Inter will get paid 23 million euros," wrote Romano.

Strengthening Inter since January 2015, Brozovic has appeared 330 times in all competitions scoring 31 goals and 43 assists, as reported by Transfermarkt.
The player who was born on November 16, 1992 won five trophies, namely Serie A once (2020/2021), two Coppa Italia (2021/2022, 2022/2023), and two Supercoppa Italiana (2021/2022, 2022/2023).
As for the 2022/2023 season, Brozovic also contributed greatly to his club becoming a Champions League finalist when they were beaten by Manchester City 0-1 and also became a finalist with his country in the 2023 UEFA Nations League when they were defeated by Spain through a penalty shootout with a score of 4-5.
