Regarding Ganjar Call Heru Budi, PKS Faction Of DKI DPRD: He Has No Authority To Manage Jakarta
JAKARTA - Member of the PKS faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Muhammad Taufik Zoelkifli admitted that he was offended by the actions of the prospective presidential candidate from PDIP, Ganjar Pranowo, who called the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono after hearing complaints from residents of the capital city.
According to Taufik, the absorption of residents' aspirations on the policies of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is the duty of the DKI Jakarta DPRD as the people's representative.
"As a member of the legislature, I'm actually offended. Right, he doesn't have a main task here, he doesn't have the authority to take care of Jakarta. If those who have the authority to supervise and control in Jakarta, the main task is the DPRD. Why is he doing that? He's not paid for that," Taufik told reporters, Monday, June 26.
Moreover, according to Taufik, Ganjar should have realized that he was still the Governor of Central Java. Ganjar has not yet been officially appointed by the KPU as a presidential candidate in the 2024 General Election.
"He has the authority, it's clear to be in Central Java. But, what, really, come here and call the Acting Governor of all kinds? Yes, that's it. Political year, yes," he said.

On Saturday, June 24, Ganjar visited the Warakas Market and Anyar Bahari Market and received complaints from market traders.
To Ganjar, traders complained about the large monthly market retribution costs and the lack of buyers who came to the market because of the massive online buying and selling platform.
The residents' complaints were submitted by Ganjar by telephone to Heru Budi's cellphone number. However, at that time Heru did not respond much to Ganjar's call because he was attending a wedding.
Ganjar then called the Regional Secretary of DKI Joko Agus Setyono to submit the same complaint. During the conversation, Joko invited the market coordinator to meet him to discuss their complaints.
