Lurah, Former Lurah And Honorary Employees Of Jelungang Tangsel Involved In Cases Of Alleged Fraud By PTSL
TANGERANG - A number of alleged perpetrators of fraud in the management of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) of Jelungang Village, North Serpong District, South Tangerang City (Tangsel) were questioned by investigators from the South Tangerang District Attorney.
Head of Intelligence at the South Tangerang District Attorney's Office (Kejari), Hasbullah, said that his party had clarified the Jelungang sub-district.
"Meanwhile, friends from Pidsus (Special Crimes) are still clarifying the related parties," he said, Friday, June 23.
However, he did not reveal who was being questioned. Meanwhile, according to the information obtained, the people being questioned were former Jelungang Village Head, Taram Amarudin and Jelungang Village Head Ridwan and two honorary employees with the initials M and N.
"We will see the progress. We are still examining today's progress. Please give it time for all our reports to convey the progress," he said.

He continued, Hasbullah said that it was possible that the suspected victim would also be investigated.

As is known, hundreds of residents of Jelungang Village, North Serpong District are suspected of being victims of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) fraud. Because from 2018 until now, they have not received the certificate. In fact, they have paid up to tens of millions of rupiah to get the certificate.
