24 Teenagers In Cirebon Intention Of Brawl Arrested, Bring Celurit, Samurai To Golok
CIREBON - Cirebon City Resort Police (Polres) arrested 24 teenagers during a brawl. A number of sharp weapons (sajam) were secured from the arrest.
"We have secured 24 teenagers who are carrying out a brawl," said Cirebon City Police Chief AKBP Ariek Indra Sentanu in Cirebon, West Java (West Java), Sunday, June 18, confiscated by Antara.
Ariek said that on the evening of Saturday, June 17, his staff patrolled the jurisdiction of the Cirebon City Police, in order to maintain order and regional security.
While on patrol, officers found a number of youths who were fighting, then immediately dispersed, and secured as many as 24 teenagers.
He explained that the teenagers were involved in clashes, and they mostly carried sharp weapons, such as sickles, swords, samurai, and some of the items used to fight.
"The evidence that we confiscated from 24 teenagers consisted of three sickles, two swords, one samurai, two machetes, 23 cell phones, and 11 motorcycles," he said.

Ariek added that after being secured, the 24 youths were then handed over to the Cirebon City Police Satreskrim for further investigation.
"After we secure it, then it will be processed and handed over to the Cirebon City Police Criminal Investigation Unit for further action," he said.
According to him, every night his staff continues to carry out patrols to prevent crime, both in the form of theft brawls, and other crimes.
"We carry out patrols to provide a sense of security and comfort, especially for residents who will leave their places of residence/place of business, so that with the presence of the police nothing can interfere with the security and security situation," he said.
