The Beautiful Yolla Yuliana Supports Regeneration In The Women's Volleyball National Team, But Is Ready To Prove Yourself When Given Another Chance

JAKARTA - The beautiful volleyball player, Yolla Yuliana, did not feel hurt even though he was not included in the Indonesian women's volleyball squad at the 2023 SEA Games. Instead, he considered that rotation was necessary for regeneration to occur.

"Maybe it's good for rotation too. It's good for Indonesia. It's regeneration. I've also defended the national team from 2013. So I'm also still supporting this regeneration program," said Yolla.

Now Yolla has the opportunity to prove herself by being called up again by the women's volleyball team. When given the opportunity to return, he chose to pay for it with achievements.

"Now I have another chance, I will prove it," said Yolla, as reported by Antara.

Currently, the Proliga player has received a lot of support after being confirmed to return to the national team. He said that being absent at the SEA Games had made him get a lot of encouragement.

"Indeed, because yesterday the SEA Games did not enter, so it was more like "I finally called you," she called me now mom, on social media. Finally, you came back again in the national team. Excited to bring Indonesia's good name! So more people are encouraging because yesterday was absent," said the athlete who defended Jakarta Pertamina Fastron in the 2023 Proliga.

He later admitted that he had experienced a bit of difficulty adapting to training in the national team when he was recalled to strengthen the national team for the AVC Challenge Cup 2023.

This was because Yolla had difficulty getting a proper training ground, so the 29-year-old athlete did more fitness training than training with the ball.

"It was very difficult. The first day was very difficult. To be honest, because to find a proper training ground in Bandung, it was a bit difficult. So, from the two months, it was just energying. So it was a little stiff with muscles," said Yolla.

Please note, the Indonesian women's volleyball national team occupied Pul A, together with the Philippines and Macau at the AVC Challenge Cup 2023. For the short-term target, PP PBVSI hopes that the team can qualify until the semifinals.

However, Yolla chose to look at the opponent one after another before setting the highest target, namely escaping from the pul phase by beating the Philippines and Macau.

"For us, there are the Philippines and Macau. We don't want to be arrogant, we just have to be optimistic, because we are back at the SEA Games, we always win over the Philippines and Macau, maybe we can handle it, because we never met either, and maybe because our game is now fast, yes," he concluded.
