Playing Second Concert From The Comeback Tour, Foo Fighters Get Taylor Hawkins' Son, Shane
JAKARTA - Foo Fighters played their second show from their comeback tour on the evening of May 26. Joining on stage, there is Taylor Hawkins' late drummer Shane.
Earlier this week, May 24, Foos played their first full concert in 2023 in New Hampshire. It is also the first official live debut of drummer Josh Freese (Paramore, Weezer, Nine Inch Nails), who took on the role after Hawkins' death last year.
The second show from their comeback came on Friday night at the Boston Calling Festival, where Shane joined them to bring I'll Stick Around. He previously played My Hero with Foos at Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert at Wembley Stadium last September.

As in the opening of the Foo Fighters tour, the Boston show opened with their comeback single, Rescued, which was taken from the upcoming album But Here We Are.
Another new song titled Show Me How, featuring Violet, Dave Grohl's son, was shared earlier this week. A number of new songs were also shown during their live streaming in the same week.
Furthermore, Foos will appear at a number of festivals, including yaotu Bonnaroo, Louder Than Life, and Riot Fest. Grohl et al also had a series of major North American shows and the frontman leaked that several live UK shows would also be coming soon.
