Press 3 Kg Gas Prices According To HET, Food Task Force In Palangka Raya Steps In

PALANGKA RAYA - The Food Task Force Team formed by the Palangka Raya City Government of Central Kalimantan is committed to all 3 kg LPG bases in the local area selling according to the highest retail price (HET) of IDR 22 thousand.

Head of the Trade Office of the Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (DPKUMP) Samsul Rizal, said that supervision of this matter will continue to be intensified so that there are no more rogue bases selling above HET.

"We are monitoring not only the heat at the beginning, the activities we carry out will continue to be carried out every month with the aim that no more bases that sell are not in accordance with the provisions," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, May 26.

He said that the supervision of the distribution of subsidized LPG for the poor has been going very well for a month and is also being evaluated by the local City Food Task Force Team.

At the first coordination meeting as well as evaluation which was recently held in the Palangka Raya City DPKUKMP Hall, of course there are mutual agreements and points that have been agreed upon but have not been patented. The signing of the points from the results of the coordination meeting will be held at the next coordination meeting.

"The impact of monitoring 3 kg LPG at each base and kiosks for LPG retailers is extraordinary. The proof is that many people buy LPG no longer to retailers, but at bases around their homes because they are sold according to HET, which is Rp22 thousand," said Samsul.

Secretary of the Palangka Raya City DPKUKMP Hadriansyah, who is familiarly called Adaw, revealed that this issue needs routine supervision and must involve a number of related agencies.

With this activity, of course, there are quite a lot of LPG bases in Palangka Raya City that do not dare to sell subsidized LPG outside the region and go to kiosks at high prices.

"If the base does not sell to kiosks and leave the area only for the people around it, then the price of LPG gas is IDR 22 thousand. On the other hand, if it is sold to kiosks for retail, of course the price is outside the HET price," he said.

Before ending the conversation, for 2023 there was already a 3 kg LPG base for termination of business (PHU) by Pertamina for committing a very fatal violation.

If the base is found to have committed the first violation by the joint team, then the person concerned will be given a warning. When the warning has been three times, the last sanction is PHU.
