KPK Auction Of Corruption Goods, What Is The Legal Basis?

JAKARTA - Tuesday, January 26, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will conduct an auction of state booty. Through the State Wealth and auction Service Office (KPKNL), the KPK will open bids for some jewelry and 2 units of four-wheeled vehicles.

The auction will be held online, via www.lelang.go.id. The deadline for the auction is January 26 at 11.00 WIB.

The auction was carried out based on the decision of the Corruption Court at the DKI Jakarta High Court at the Bandung District Court.

What are the legal provisions for the auction of Corruption goods by the KPK?

The KPK has the authority and responsibility for goods confiscated and confiscated, in Article 11 of the Ministry of Finance Regulation Number 03 / PMK.06 / 2011 concerning Management of State Property Derived from Confiscated Goods and Gratuities.
