Commemorating PSN Sewindu, Coordinating Minister Airlangga Walks Relaxed From MRT Station

Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto commemorated the implementation of the National Strategic Project (PSN) by taking a leisurely walk from Istora Senayan MRT Station to Gelora Bung Karno Jakarta.

The activity was carried out with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno and the Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

"Today is a PSN twindu commemoration that was deliberately carried out with a 'run walk' from the MRT station. This shows that PSN is already running and one that is concrete is MRT," said Coordinating Minister Airlangga as quoted by Antara, Sunday, May 14.

Airlangga said the MRT project would continue from the center to the north and from east to west.

MRT is being prepared to be able to serve 24 million passengers.

Another concrete result from PSN other than MRT is Trans Java with a length of 1,167 kilometers and various dams with a capacity of 2.7 billion cubic meters.

Airlangga called the various PSN projects as evidence that the government provides facilities to accelerate infrastructure projects, either through financing gaps to land acquisition.

"Best practice is at several points and this achievement is of course our note and there are several PSN A projects that have financial closing and of course continued with several projects (in 2024)," he said.

The series of PSN Sewindu activities which were held from May to October 2023 consisted of a series of activities aimed at increasing awareness, stimulating interest, and educating the public, especially the younger generation of Indonesia, regarding PSN's important role in national economic development and sustainable life, as a way to realize Indonesia's big vision of Golden 2045.

At the peak of the event, the executor of Sewindu SN will hold a series of international conferences and business and investment forums.
