Former KPK Commissioner Asks For Alleged Document Leaks At The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources To Be Investigated Professionally
JAKARTA - Former Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Saut Situmorang, asked the Supervisory Board to investigate the alleged leak of investigation documents at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in a professional manner. This was conveyed directly when he was clarified regarding the complaint that dragged KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri.
"I explained that, basically I said this 'this time I hope I will be a professional Council'," Saut told reporters at the ACLC KPK Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Wednesday, May 10.
In addition, Saut also asked for this allegation to be brought to the realm of law. Leaks of documents to litigants can be fatal, such as the disappearance of evidence.
"You can't (correst the investigation, ed). Okay, you synergize, but, that synergy doesn't mean it's a secret that leaks too," said Saut.
