Tiger Woods Accused Of Sexual Harassment Of Ex-Girlfriends
The famous golfer Tiger Woods has returned to dealing with the law. This time he was accused of sexually harassing his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman.
According to the court filing document submitted by the victim's lawyer, Woods is said to have forced Erica to sign a confidentiality agreement (non-disclosure agreement/NDA) or be fired from her job.
"A superior who imposes different working conditions on his employees because their sexual intercourse is sexual harassment," said Erica's lawyer, Benjamin Hobas, in the filing.
The document alleges Woods had sexual relations with Erica when Erica worked for him as an employee at Wood's South Florida restaurant, The Woods Jupiter.
Woods then forced Erica to sign a confidentiality agreement or she would be fired from her job.
"Tiger Woods, a well-known international athlete and one of the most influential figures in global sport, decided to have sex with his employees, then forced his employees to sign NDA or be fired from his job," a court document said on Friday.
"And, when he became dissatisfied with their sexual relationship, he tricked him into leaving his house, locking him down, taking his cash, pets, and personal belongings, and tried to force him to sign a different NDA," the document continued.

Erica and Woods have been involved in legal battles over the past few months. In October 2022, Erica filed a lawsuit against the guardianship established for her residence.
Erica said she had an oral agreement to stay in the house for five years. However, he was expelled and barred from entering the house.
The document alleges this scheme' was used against Woods last year. Woods asked Erica to pack up for a weekend vacation to the Bahamas, but she was instead taken to the airport and then asked to speak to Woods' lawyer.
"Then, Woods' lawyer in California, suddenly told Erica that he would never go anywhere, would never meet Woods again, had been locked out of the house, and could not even return. He would not even be able to see his children or pets anymore," the document said.
There are many challenges that Woods has faced in his career which is so brilliant. The cases above are only one in several cases that have been passed by the owner of the 82 PGA Tour titles.
Despite the various controversies, Woods is one of the most influential golfers. The number of PGA titles above is the largest of any golfer so far.
Total Woods has won a total of 18 World Golf Championships in his career. Woods currently holds the record as a golfer who is ranked No. 1 in the world for 683 weeks.
The next golfer to be close to his record is Australian businessman Greg Norman, who has been at the top for 331 weeks.
