Hotel And 6 Assets Owned By Lukas Enembe Worth IDR 60.3 Billion Confiscated By KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated assets in the form of land and buildings belonging to the inactive Papua Governor Lukas Enembe in Papua, Bogor, and Jakarta. This confiscation is related to cases of bribery, gratification, and money laundering (TPPU).

"Back to confiscation of at least seven economic-valued assets that allegedly belonged to or related to the suspect LE," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, April 28.

In addition, the KPK also confiscated money from parties related to this case. However, Ali has not detailed the amount.

"KPK is committed to resolving this case by continuing to develop the data we have," he said.

The following are seven of Lukas' assets confiscated by the KPK:

1. A plot of land and buildings above him is a hotel located on Jalan S. Condronegoro, Angkasapura Village, North Jayapura District, Jayapura City.

2. Land covering an area of 2,000 square meters along with the building on it located in Doyo Baru Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency.

3. Land covering an area of 682 square meters along with a building located in Entrop Village, South Jayapura District, Jayapura City.

4. Land covering an area of 2,199 square meters along with the building on it located in Doyo Baru Village, Waibu District, Jayapura Regency.

5. 1 Unit of The Groove Masterpiece Apartment in South Jakarta located in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

6. Cluster Violin 3 House, Golf Island, Pantai Indah Barat Street, PIK Kel Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

7. Land covering an area of 862 square meters along with the building on it located in Babakan Lebak, Balumbang Jaya Village, West Bogor District.
