Street Theme, Alice Cooper Reveals The Tentative Title Of New Album

JAKARTA - In a new interview with host SiriusXM Tommy London on SiriusXM's Hair Nation, legendary rocker Alice Cooper spoke about a new album.

This album is a follow-up to the full album Detroit Stories which was released two years ago.

"Album yang akan segera keluar [menampilkan] band tor saya [gitaris Ryan]men dan [drumer] Glen [Sobel]u know, semuanya [guitarist] Tommy [Henriksen] dan [bassis] Chuck [Garric] dan [guitarist] Nita [Strauss]," kata Alice.

"I said, I wanted to show off this band. So we made an album in the studio, and very, very, very little overdub in it, because the band is very tight. And I want them all to write with me.

"I said, 'Everything, sing a song, because I want everything to be at home.' And [Alice's old producer, Bob] Ezrin produced this album. I mean, it's a guitar-driven rock and roll album. I'm very, very proud of this album. And it's coming... It's coming out this year."

Alice said the album would be titled Road because it's a band on its way and most of the songs about the streets.

"There's a lot of funny things there," he said. "There's some about heartbreak. I think when you hear the album, you feel how it feels to be on the road."

Alice also reiterated that she was working on a new second album, but added that she "can't talk about it" now.

"I promise I won't talk about it (later)," he explained.
