Not Yet Revealing The Name Of The New Vocalist, Fear Factory Prepares Anyar Single And Album
JAKARTA - In an interview with Ted Aguilar from Death Angel as part of the YouTube series "Alive & Streaming", Dino Cazares revealed that the new Fear Factory album will arrive in the next two or three months. As an opening, a single will be released soon.
Last September, vocalist Burton C. Bell issued an official statement announcing his departure from Fear Factory, saying that he "cannot reconcile" himself with someone he does not trust or respect.
Bell's departure from Fear Factory comes more than two weeks after Cazares launched a GoFundMe campaign to help with the production costs of the release of Fear Factory's long-awaited new album.
Bell later told Kerrang! that his separation from Fear Factory has been going on for a long time.
"This has been on my mind for a long time. This lawsuit (on behalf of Fear Factory) just drained me. Ego. Greed. Not only from the band members, but also from the lawyers involved. I just lost my love for him. , "said Bell.
"With Fear Factory, it's always, like, 'What ?!' You can only put it that way. I feel 30 years is a good move. The albums I've finished with Fear Factory will always be out there. I'll always be a part of it. I just feel it's time to move on with my life. "
Asked if there was any possibility of a reconciliation with Fear Factory, Burton said: "I'm done (with Fear Factory). I haven't spoken to Dino in three years. I haven't spoken to Raymond (Herrera, drums) and Christian (Olde Wolbers, bass). longer than that, and I have no intention of doing it. I'm just moving forward with my life. "
Meanwhile in October, Cazares stated that the door for Burton to return to Fear Factory would not be open forever.
The guitarist also revealed that Burton lost his legal rights to the name Fear Factory after a long court battle against Herrera and Olde Wolbers.
