Bareskrim Polri Duga Dito Mahendra Does Not Escape But Is Hiding
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police suspects that Mahendra Dito Sampurno alias Dito Mahendra is hiding somewhere. So, no longer need to send a call but immediately look for and bring him to provide information in the case of alleged illegal possession of firearms (senpi).
"We don't need to call, investigators are looking for the person concerned with a warrant to bring him," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Djuhandani when confirmed, Friday, April 14.
Dito Mahendra's allegation is hidden because until now there has been no information regarding the history of crossings that say he has left Indonesia or so on.
Thus, the investigative team continues to seek information and clues regarding its whereabouts.
"Not running away. But maybe hiding," said Djuhandani.
In searching for Dito Mahendra's whereabouts, Bareskrim Polri has collaborated with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). A form of cooperation in the form of providing information.
This means that if Dito Mahendra's whereabouts are known by Bareskrim investigators, they will be submitted to the KPK, and vice versa.
"Since the beginning we have been working together and until now we have continued to coordinate," said Djuhandani.

Meanwhile, the KPK also needs information from Dito Mahendra in order to investigate the alleged money laundering case (TPPU) that ensnared former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Nurhadi who was being investigated by the KPK.
For information, Dito Mahendra is suspected of having 9 illegal rifles. The case handled by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police has also gone up to the investigation stage.

In this case, Dito Mahendra is threatened with life imprisonment or 20 years. Dito can be charged with Emergency Law number 12 of 1951.
