TVS Releases The Most Affordable Raider 125

JAKARTA - TVS secretly launched the single-seat version of the Raider 125 in India. This new variant is the most affordable variant in the Raider line.

There is no design change in this latest Raider, it only has a one-piece seat, not a separate seat. The bike only appears to have a different LED headlight and streamlined bodywork. The overall essence of the commuter motorcycle is maintained.

The new TVS Raider quoted from Bikewale, Wednesday, April 13, is powered by the same 124.8 cc single-cylinder engine with 11.2bhp and 11.2Nm. This is mated to a five-speed gearbox. TVS claims that the Raider can go from 0-60 km/h in 5.9 seconds. In addition, the engine is known for its smoothness and vibration-free nature.

TVS Raider uses a telescopic front fork and a mono-shock. Meanwhile, the braking hardware consists of one front disc and a rear drum arrangement. Brakes are mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in bias tires and the bike is equipped with a 10-liter fuel tank.

TVS Raider is equipped with an inverted LCD. It holds various readings such as a speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel level indicator, tachometer, and gear position indicator.

For the price on the official website, this motorbike is offered at 93,719 rupees or around IDR 16.8 million.
