Psychologists Say Keep Healthy Lifestyles Broadcast Mental Fatigue During Fasting

JAKARTA - Psychologist Nadya Pramesrani recommends maintaining a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid mental fatigue or burnout during fasting.

According to him there are four levels of burnout, the first is light burnout.
