This examination is to complete the evidence and information of the investigation."The person concerned with the initials KH was asked for information regarding the investment in the capital of the Bireuen Regency Government to BPRS for the 2019 fiscal year amounting to Rp1 billion and the 2021 budget year worth Rp500 million," said Munawal Hadi in Banda Aceh, Antara, Tuesday, March 28.The investigation into alleged corruption in the BPRS capital participation has been upgraded to the investigation stage. However, investigators have not determined who is the suspect.The former Head of the Administration Section of the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office said that the examination of witnesses was to complete the case file and strengthen evidence, so that the case became clear."Until now, investigators have examined more than 22 witnesses, including former TAPK Secretary Bireuen. The examination of witnesses will continue in order to strengthen the alleged corruption crime," he said.Previously, the Bireuen Regency Government allocated capital participation at the Juang City BPRS in the 2019 fiscal year amounting to Rp1 billion and the 2021 budget year Rp500 million.Based on the results of the investigation and investigation, said Munawal, it is suspected that there was a game from the beginning to the implementation of capital participation in the bank, so it should be suspected that it caused state losses."In addition, it was also found in the administrative inclusion process.
