Work In Supermarkets, Foreigner From Netherlands Deported By Mataram Immigration
MATARAM - Class I Immigration Office officers Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara will implement the deportation of a foreigner (WNA) of Dutch origin with the initial H (66) for violating the provisions of the permanent residence permit (ITAP) rules.
"We will carry out the deportation of the foreigner from the Netherlands on Tuesday (21/3), to Amsterdam, the Netherlands via Soekarno Hatta International Airport," said Head of Mataram Class I Immigration Office Pungki Handoyo quoted by ANTARA, Monday, March 20.
In carrying out these immigration administrative actions, he said, the deportation of H from the City of Mataram to Jakarta will be escorted by Mataram Class I Immigration Office officers.
At this time, his party is still detaining H in the Immigration Office Class I Detention Room in Mataram, Udayana Street, Mataram City.

"We have been detained since the arrest on Saturday (11/3)," he said.
Immigration arrested H from his residence in West Lombok Regency on suspicion of violating Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.
The alleged violation is related to H's activity, which was revealed to be working at a supermarket in the city of Mataram as an employee.
"So, the person concerned has an elderly ITAP which is valid until September 10, 2023. However, he misused the permit to work in a supermarket," he said.
The disclosure of this case was the result of cooperation between immigration and the TNI's Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS).
