Anies Matta Says Indonesia Has Capital to Become a New Superpower
JAKARTA - General Chair of the Gelora Party Anies Matta said that Indonesia has the capital to become a new superpower or superpower.
"Besides world powers such as the United States, China, and Russia, Indonesia has great potential to become a superpower country," Anis Matta said during a visit to Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Saturday.
He tells how the current condition of world stability. Where the world is facing a global transition due to the influence of the Russian and Ukrainian wars.
However, even though Russia and Ukraine are at war, it is the United States that feels the impact, as evidenced by the bankruptcy of the bank from Uncle Sam's country.
"What we hear about going bankrupt is that banks are in America, not Russia. This has become a major disaster and no one knows where it will end," he said.
Apart from that, Anis also said how the regime changes, which cycles every 30 years. Meaning, 20 years of peace, 10 years of chaos.
"Regarding Indonesia, the reform era has now entered its cycle. There will be a round of leadership replacement. So, the 2024 election is a fundamental year for the Gelora Party," he said.
According to him, Indonesia is in the vortex of a crisis, but on the other hand, it has the potential to become a new superpower.

Therefore, he asked all Gelora Party cadres and officials to work in an extraordinary way.
