Salesforce Releases Web3 Platform To Help NFT Management Companies Sustainably

JAKARTA - Salesforce, a customer relationship management software company, announced the limited launch of Salesforce Web3 on March 15. The company says that this will be a platform that helps companies create, manage, and implement non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in a trusted, scalable and sustainable manner.

This service will allow brands to connect with their customers in a completely new way by integrating their 360 Customers with Web3 data, to help brands understand comprehensively how customers interact with their brands in traditional and new digital environments.

According to Salesforce, its Web3 platform offers a variety of features that allow brands to "create an omnichannel personalization experience across Web2 and Web3, providing a 360-degree view of how customers interact with their NFT collections."

Companies are also partnering with global consulting partners such as Accenture and Deloitte Digital, as well as digital agencies and strategy consultants such as AE Studio, Media.Monks, Time, and Vayner3, to help businesses implement Web3 and experiment with blockchain technology, digital wallets, and NFT printing.

Devin Nagy, director of technology and the Salesforce platform, which appeared in Dageo North America, said that Salesforce is helping companies to digitally imagine and enlarge the Purple Bag Project Crown Royal by giving them trusted partners to support front trading sites and back-data connectors to support the #ThatDeservesACrown campaign.

"For every digital collectivity that is claimed, we send treatment packages to active US military members around the world," Nagy said, quoted by Cointelegraph.

Claire Boots, global CRM manager at Badminton & Soda, said the company chose Salesforce Web3 as a trusted partner to implement their Club Soda 3.0 NFT pilot program safely, which took less than two weeks and gave them real-time insight into 30% of clean news.

Over the past few years, Salesforce has been working to integrate its services with Blockchain technology. In 2018, Cointelegraph reported that the company announced plans to offer Blockchain and cryptocurrency solutions for its customers in September 2018.

In 2019, Italian luxury sports car brand Lamborghini used the Blockchain Salesforce to authenticate Lamborghini's legacy car. Using the Blockchain Salesforce, Lamborghini can track, certify, and authenticate heritage cars more quickly and more securely.

In addition, over the years, Salesforce has played an active role in blockchain fundraising spaces, contributing millions of dollars to TRM Labs and blockchain startup Digital Assets.
