JAKARTA - The Indonesian National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) issued a recommendation for the relocation and transfer of the function of SDN Pondok Cina 1 by the Depok City Government, West Java.

"Recommendations are issued to the central government and the West Java regional government as well as the Depok City government," said Komnas HAM Commissioner Putu Elvina as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, March 10.

The head of the case monitoring team explained that the recommendation for the central government, namely the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko PMK) can oversee the acceleration of the plan to add a New Classroom (RKB) at SDN Pondok Cina 5, so that the relocation/regrouping of SDN Pondok Cina 1 to SDN Pondok Cina 5 can be carried out properly and all students can enter the morning study hours.

Ensuring the availability of teachers by returning the position of teachers at SDN Pondok Cina 1, in order to meet the quality and quantity of fulfilling the education rights of students.

Effectively streamlining the role of existing school committees as a space for communication, aspirations and ongoing participation between schools and parents over problems that occur in schools to avoid misunderstandings of policies to be taken.

"Regarding the separation of the teacher's room from SDN Pondok Cina 1 with the teacher room of SDN Pondok Cina 3, it should be placed in the same room to avoid gaps and restrictions on communication patterns," he emphasized.
