The Banyumas City Police Criminal Investigation Unit named four suspects in the clash case between Pemuda Pancasila and the Ireng Lowo Association that took place in Banteran Village, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Tuesday, March 7 evening.Banyumas Police Chief Kombes Edy Suranta Sitepu said the involvement of the four suspects in the clash between mass organizations was different. The suspect TM (35) who is a member of the Lowo Ireng Association and MA (25) is a member of the Youth Youth known as the party who spreads voice notes (voice notes) that triggers clashes."We are processing the TM and MA suspects with Law Number 1 of 1946 in which Article 14 Paragraph (1) states 'Whoever, by broadcasting false news or notification, intentionally publishing trouble among the people, is sentenced to a maximum prison sentence of ten years'," he said.during a press conference at the Banyumas Police Headquarters, Purwokerto, Antara, Thursday, March 9.Meanwhile, the other two suspects, he said, consisted of T (43) and A (45). Both are Pancasila Youth personnel who are known to be the perpetrators of the persecution of two members of the Lowo Ireng Association during the clashes.The victim was injured and had to undergo treatment at the Wijayakusuma Army Hospital Purwokerto.According to him, the two suspects of the abuse were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code for committing violence together which resulted in the victim being injured."We are still developing this case," he explained.The clash between mass organizations started with a playground project belonging to a businessman named Imam by employing four-five lowo Ireng personnel.In the work on the playground, he said, there was a dredging of the soil into the irrigation canal, causing the water to get cloudy.This condition also resulted in many fish in ponds belonging to many residents dying."Regarding this problem, a solution is found.
