Proven To Violate Heavy Discipline, Rafael Trisambodo Square Is Recommended To Be Fired From ASN
JAKARTA - Inspector General (Irjen) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) Awan Nurmawan Nuh stated that former high-ranking tax employee Rafael Alun Trisambodo alias RAT had been proven to have committed disciplinary actions that were quite fatal.
According to him, this was revealed from the results of the examination conducted on the RAT.
"We convey that the results of the RAT investigation audit have been completed and it has been proven that there have been serious disciplinary violations," he told VOI when confirmed on Tuesday, March 7.
Awan explained that the actions taken by RAT were considered to have violated the principle of integrity that had been upheld within the Ministry of Finance.
Therefore, Clouds recommend severe decisions to be imposed on him.
"Now in the process of imposing disciplinary punishment, and the person concerned is recommended to be fired," he stressed.
Previously, RAT had submitted a resignation as a state civil servant (ASN) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).
However, this was rejected because he was undergoing the examination process as stated in PP Number 11 of 2017 as amended in PP Number 17 of 2020 and also the regulation of the Head of BKN Number 3 of 2023.
The spotlight on RAT was triggered by the actions of his son who abused the child of a high-ranking GP Ansor into a coma.
The public also questioned the validity of the assets owned by the RAT.
