Just Like MYD, Gisel Was Subject To Mandatory Reporting
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has decided not to detain Gisella Anastasia or Gisel. But Gisel must undergo the same compulsory reporting as Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD).
"For both of them, we are obliged to report," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Friday, January 8.
Yusri said that the time they were obliged to report was the same. They must undergo compulsory reporting twice a week.
Although not detained, he emphasized that the legal process would continue Investigators are currently completing the investigation file.
"Every Monday and Thursday (we are required to report) the case will also continue and we are still in the process. We will complete all existing case files," said Yusri.
Gisel was not detained because investigators considered Gisel to be cooperative during the investigation process. Moreover, it is considered that Gisel will not escape and lose evidence.
"Based on the consideration of investigators, GA and MYD are cooperative. So a conclusion can be drawn that there is no need for detention," said Yusri.
The second reason Gisel was not detained was because he still had a 4 year old child. So, the investigators considered that Gisel was obliged to give love to his child and not be detained.
"Second, based on humanity, their children need parental guidance so that we don't arrest them," he said.
