JAKARTA - Defendants Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatria will undergo trial for the verdict in the obstruction of justice case or obstacles to the investigation into the murder of Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J, today.
The trial of both of them was postponed because the panel of judges had not yet finished drafting the verdict.
"Yes, today is hearing for the verdict of the defendants Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatria", said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations official Djuyamto to VOI, Monday, February 27.
For the technical trial, the two defendants will hear the verdict separately. Hendra Kurniawan is likely to undergo trial first.
