Feeling Lost As Ferry Irawan's Wife, Venna Melinda Ready To Sue Behind

JAKARTA - Venna Melinda plans to immediately file a lawsuit or reconvention in her husband's divorce suit. She expressed her disapproval for the reasons for divorce from Ferry Irawan who seemed to eliminate the alleged acts of domestic violence (KDRT) that occurred.

Accompanied by their attorneys, Noor Akhmad Riyadhi, the mother of Verrell Bramasta and Athalla Naufal will demand various material and immaterial losses during her marriage to Ferry.

"In our case as defendants, Mrs. Venna will file a lawsuit or a revenge lawsuit that sues all mutah, iddah income and madliyah income," said Noor Akhmad Riyadhi at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday, February 23, 2023.

Venna Melinda still insists that Ferry Irawan does not provide a living, especially in the last 3 months before the domestic violence incident in Kediri. Noor said that his client was ready to sue Ferry for debt in the form of debt in the online market, transportation money and so on.

"Including paying Ferry's online debt (in the online market), credit money, gasoline money, pocket money, cigarette money and transportation money if Venna doesn't go," he said.

Noor again reminded that the video of an apology to Venna and the family that Ferry Irawan had sent had admitted to what he had done, unlike what was in the divorce suit.

"Don't forget that Ferry has sent a video asking Venna and her family for forgiveness, the contents of the video are totally against Ferry's lawsuit, which seems to have no domestic violence," he added.

"All evidence about domestic violence that has been recognized or used by the police, namely all medical evidence and post-mortem, will be submitted to refute the reasons for divorce from Ferry," concluded Venna Melinda's attorney.
