Indonesia Is German Cooperatives And Tanzania Is Printed With Human Resources Expert In Skin Identification

JAKARTA - The governments of Indonesia and Germany are again collaborating in the development of industrial human resource competencies (HR) in the field of skinnier.

This year, the collaboration collaborated with Tanzania to attract its participants.

"This year's skin-feeding training is the second stage facilitated by GIZ Germany. Indonesia and Tanzania's cooperation further strengthen diplomatic relations between the two countries that have been running since 1964," said Head of the Industrial Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMI) of the Ministry of Industry. Arus Gunawan in Jakarta, quoted Thursday, February 23.

Arus said this collaboration is a manifestation of the South-South Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) of the Indonesian and German governments as outlined in the Implementation Agreement for the Technical Cooperation Project.

"Tanzania is a beneficiary or beneficiary of cooperation as a participant in the training. This is to improve the competence of human resources in the field of skin eroding," he said.

The Head of BPSDMI is optimistic that this training activity will have a positive impact on the skin processing, skin products, and footwear industry in Indonesia, so that it can contribute to the national economy.

This is because, in the third quarter of 2022, the skin, skin and footwear processing industry grew positively by 13.44 percent, which was driven by an increase in export volume by 34.28 percent in January-September 2022.

In this regard, the Head of the Emmy Suryandari Industrial Vocational Education Development Center stated that the role of the Ministry of Industry's BPSDMI in this year's skin conditioning training is to provide skin-feeding training for participants from Tanzania and Indonesia.

"Tanzania itself is a well-known large livestock producer in Africa. This is a potential for Tanzania to produce skin-based products in domestic, regional, and international coverage," he said.

The second phase of training will be held from February 20 to March 3, 2023 offline at the Yogyakarta ATK Polytechnic.

Based on the results of the selection, there are five Tanzanian participants who will be accompanied by two experts from the Dar es lay Institute of Technology (DIT), Mwanza.

This training is a continuation of online training which was previously held from October 24 to November 4, 2022 online.

"This training was also provided by lecturers at the Yogyakarta ATK Polytechnic with various topics related to skinnier," he said.

According to Emmy, the Yogyakarta ATK Polytechnic is the only campus in Indonesia that specializes in skin processing.

"This Polytechnic has good relations with industry because some of the training participants come from industries that will recruit graduates of these polytechnics," he added.
